Diversity Fact Book: Research Assistants

What about diversity among Leuphana's research assistants (WiMis)? This was the question addressed by the "Leuphana Diversity Fact Book" teaching research project in the winter semester of 2021/22. As part of a seminar led by Prof. Dr. Christiane Söffker, the participants gained valuable insights into the different life situations of the WiMis through interviews and compiled the results in the form of a fact book. The dimensions of working conditions, family situation and internationality were examined. The project is intended to make the diverse realities of life more visible, promote appreciative cooperation and identify potential for change.

In previous semesters, diversity fact books on diversity among students and employees in technology and administration have already been produced.
