Leuphana provides online information about part-time continuing education and degree programmes
Professional School Information Day on 28 June 2025
2025-06-23 Lüneburg. More and more degree programmes and continuing education courses are now tailored to the needs of working professionals and can be completed alongside a career. Since 2009, the Professional School at Leuphana University Lüneburg has offered a wide range of bachelor's, master's and certificate programmes in six future-oriented subject areas. On 28 June 2025, the Professional School will present its study programmes online. On the evening before, there will also be an opportunity to take part in a face-to-face warm-up event and get to know the campus and representatives of the Professional School team.
During the events, programme coordinators will present their study programmes in digital lectures and discussions and will be available to answer questions. In addition to study programmes and certificates, the Professional School itself, financing options for studies and individual continuing education certificates in connection with a continuing education portal comprising 200 modules will also be presented.
On Saturday, 28 June 2025, starting at 10 a.m., the focus will be on part-time bachelor's and master's degree programmes and certificate programmes offered in the fields of sustainability, energy & environment, management & entrepreneurship, IT, digitalisation & AI, culture, law, social affairs, health & education. For those interested in getting to know the campus, there will be an optional warm-up event on Friday at 5 p.m. on the Leuphana campus on Universitätsallee. Those interested in the bachelor's programme in Social Work for Educators will also have the opportunity to talk to graduates of the programme during the warm-up event.
Demand for Leuphana's continuing education programmes has risen steadily in recent years. The Professional School currently has over 1,600 students. It has become one of the most important providers of academic continuing education in northern Germany and one of the largest continuing education institutions at German universities.
