Leuphana Professional School opens up its educational toolbox

2022-03-15 Individual further education made to measure

Lüneburg. Professional biographies and career paths are becoming increasingly individual. This is why the demand for customised continuing education opportunities that can be tailored to one's own competence needs is also growing. With the modular continuing education programme "Professional School Individuale", Leuphana University Lüneburg is breaking new ground in academic continuing education: From 15 March 2022, those interested in continuing education will be able to choose from a wide selection of study modules from the various part-time Professional School study programmes and put together their own continuing education programme.

The spectrum of modules ranges from management topics, engineering and natural sciences, IT & digitalisation, health & social issues, sustainability & energy to law, culture or soft skills. You can either book individual modules or combine several modules into an individual certificate programme. Those who complete examinations can receive a certificate or have the credit points earned credited when enrolling for a degree programme.

All modules come from the Professional School's extra-occupational, externally accredited and internationally recognised degree programmes. This ensures that participants receive a continuing education programme at university level.

The entire range of modules is now available at www.berufsbegleitende-weiterbildung.org. Coordinator Dr. Kathrin Becher (kathrin.becher@leuphana.de, Fon 04131.677-1193) will answer questions about the new offer.

The "PS Individuale" project is funded by the European Social Fund and the state of Lower Saxony for the period from May 2020 to April 2022.
