Are you starting your teaching career at Leuphana and want to be well prepared? Then 'Teaching at the Start' is the right programme for you! In just three months, you will acquire the most important didactic basics in a practical way - from course planning and exam assessment to effective communication and feedback in the classroom.
Take the opportunity to design your course in a didactically sound way and familiarise yourself with methods and tools that promote active and collaborative learning. The blended learning format of interactive on-campus workshops accompanied by a Moodle course allows you to combine theory and practice. The workshops, which take place approximately every two weeks, are designed to deepen, apply and practice your knowledge.
By the end of the programme, you will not only have gained valuable knowledge and exchanged ideas with other teachers, but you will also have developed a structured course design.
