Tanya and Romina provide insights into their experiences as consultants at The Information Lab. 

The Information Lab is a leading European data analytics and consulting firm and the largest partner of Tableau and Alteryx. In response to the growing data skills gap, The Information Lab founded the Data School: a 28-month paid training program. The practical program’s goal is to meet the company’s own demand for qualified consultants while also helping other businesses with talented data experts.

Tanya joined The Information Lab in 2022 as a Data Analyst Consultant in the Data School after completing her master degree in Labour Market Economics. After completing the program in May 2024, she continued at the company as a BI Consultant. Over the past four years, she has worked on a wide range of client projects, including data preparation, dashboard development and software enablement.

Romina holds a B.A. in Social Sciences and an M.A. in Sociology and Social Research. Initially focused on making complex data accessible through visualization, she began her career as a Data Analyst Consultant at The Information Lab. Over time, she discovered her passion for direct human interaction and supports recruiting efforts.
