How inclusive is Leuphana?

As part of Diversity Days, Leuphana University promotes cosmopolitan, diverse, and respectful coexistence and combats discrimination and intolerance.

Under the motto “How inclusive is Leuphana?”, a critical look was taken at the inclusivity of our university. How is diversity taken into account and valued in everyday university life here? Where is there a need for action? Are there exclusion mechanisms and patterns of discrimination that need to be eliminated? Where is support and counseling available?
