Open programme

The open programme of the Leuphana Mentoring programme is aimed at all female researchers* at Leuphana University Lüneburg. With a variety of events it offers supplementary professional development opportunities which, depending on the topic, are aimed either at all female researchers* or at specific groups. In addition to professional development, the events also focuse on networking and cross-disciplinary exchange.

*The events are funded by the German federal and state governments as part of their efforts to increase the representation of women in academia. In our implementation, we recognize diverse gender identities. We therefore welcome all individuals who identify as woman and/or beyond binary gender categories.
