Open programme

The open programme of Leuphana mentoring is aimed at all female academics at Leuphana University Lüneburg. By offering various event formats and topics, it serves as a supplementary education opportunity. The events are aimed either at all female academics or specialist groups, depending on the topic. In addition to advanced training, the open programme also focuses on networking and cross-disciplinary exchange. The current offer is listed under events and dates.

Funding for the mentoring programmes expired on 30 June 2024. There is expected to be a follow-up project in 2025/26.
