CAREER PLANNING (1/3): Peer Groups
As part of the career planning phase, you will work through a series of exercises focusing on personal values, skills, and how they relate to different career paths. You will discuss these topics with fellow mentees in small peer groups. This will help you prepare for the workshop “Strategic Career Planning”.
Two peer-group meetings during this phase are mandatory.
