CAREER PLANNING (2/4): Strategic Career Planning
Bridging the gap between reflection and action, this workshop uses a mix of input, group discussions, and individual reflection to help participants align their profiles with academic requirements and define a clear trajectory for their career and future mentoring.
From Profile to Strategic Identity:
The first part of the workshop guides participants in developing a strategic identity by aligning their values and competencies with specific academic roles. Through a systematic gap analysis, participants will evaluate their current experience against their target career state to identify key areas for growth.
Aligning with Requirement Profiles:
We will then focus on mapping career paths by aligning individual profiles with requirements profiles. Participants will identify the expectations beyond formal qualifications.
Positioning and Support:
In this final part, we focus on sharpening the academic profile and finding the right support. Participants map out their career journey to identify the key milestones ahead and reflect on which specific expertise and experiences they need in a mentor.
