Conference Day der School Management and Technology am Freitag, 30. Januar 2026, 10:00–18:00 Uhr, Campus der Leuphana, mit anschließendem Get-together in der Stadt.

Der Tag soll nicht nur unseren Doktorand*innen Gelegenheit geben, ihre Forschung zu präsentieren und zu diskutieren, sondern allen Forschenden der Fakultät einen Blick über den disziplinären Tellerrand ermöglichen und Raum für Austausch schaffen. Neben Vorträgen in einem klassischen Konferenzformat (mit parallelen Tracks der Promotionskollegs) wird es auch Keynotes zu übergeordneten Forschungsthemen und Gelegenheiten zum Netzwerken geben. Es ist uns ein besonderes Anliegen, dass auch Postdocs und Professor*innen teilnehmen, um den innerfakultären Dialog zu stärken. Selbstverständlich ist der Conference Day auch für Studierende sowie prospektive Promovierende offen, die sich für Forschung und Promotion interessieren.

10:00–10:30: Welcome (C14.001)

• 10:30–11:30: Keynote by PD Dr. habil. Anne M. Wöhrmann on her work and cooperation opportunities in research, teaching, and knowledge transfer with the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, in the context of her formal appointment as Adjunct Professor of Psychology, with a focus on Work and Health, followed by questions and discussion (C14.001)
• 11:45–13:15: Parallel Track Sessions of the Doctoral Research Groups I
• 13:15–14:00: Lunch Break / Time for informal exchange
• 14:00–15:00: Quality Circle on Doctoral Education @ M&T – space for feedback, wishes, and discussion; all doctoral supervisors are encouraged to participate (C14.001)
• 15:00–15:30: Break
• 15:30–17:00: Parallel Track Sessions of the Doctoral Research Groups II
• 17:00–17:30: Wrap-up of the day
