In the Holistic Impact Incubator, participants develop impactful ideas. However, to make a real difference, scaling strategies are needed. In this workshop, the HOLIIs will discover exactly what these might look like.
What you can expect
Participants in the workshop can look forward to a practical and in-depth exploration of the topic of scaling social innovations. The workshop has three key objectives: Firstly, participants will gain an overview of existing theoretical and practical approaches to scaling social innovations. Secondly, using a specially developed canvas, they will reflect on their own project in terms of its scaling potential. Thirdly, on this basis, they will develop an initial individual scaling strategy for their project. The workshop thus offers both substantive insights and concrete tools for direct application.
