Homework suddenly seems pointless, certain exam formats seem obsolete, outsourcing one's own thinking to a machine seems tempting when the solution to all questions is just a prompt away.

The aim of the Leuphana Innovation Community School Development and Leadership is to support schools and teachers in meeting these diverse challenges competently and confidently, breaking down inhibitions towards digital tools and integrating them profitably into everyday school life. For example, we develop training events and networking formats, bring the latest scientific findings and content-related impulses to the community and have created the Innomatch platform as a place where ideas and knowledge can be exchanged and discussed.
