      Networking – Exchange – Cooperation

      The project "Multilateral Scouting Processes for Innovation and Careers," led by Professor Markus Reihlen, Ph.D., from the Institute for Management and Organization, identifies and develops new scouting formats for internal and external networking at Leuphana University Lüneburg. The project aims to create an environment for innovation and career development by involving the university's practice partners and stakeholders (researchers, students, employees, and alumni). This approach seeks to strengthen innovative capacity in the transitioning region.

      Innovation and Business Models

      The project "Sandbox Innovation Process," led by Professor Markus Reihlen, Ph.D., from the Institute for Management and Organization, developed and tested new formats to promote knowledge and technology transfer between universities and practice partners, strengthening future viability and innovation capacity in the region.

      Knowledge Transfer and Digitalisation

      The project "Digital Knowledge Transfer Model," led by Professor Burkhardt Funk, Ph.D., from the Institute of Information Systems, aimed to promote and advance digital transformation in research and development by using digital tools for knowledge transfer in collaboration with regional businesses and society.

      The project "Sustainability Innovations in Regional SMEs" (NIREM), led by Professor Stefan Schaltegger, Ph.D., Dr. h.c., from the Centre for Sustainability Management, focused on sustainability development for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Lüneburg transition region. The project aimed to establish and strengthen knowledge transfer between these businesses and regional universities. The project concluded on 29 February 2020.
