HOLII Scaling Workshop

No impact without scaling. In the Holistic Impact Incubator (HOLII) impactful ideas are developed. The only thing missing for sustainable impact is scaling. In this workshop, the HOLII participants will discover which strategies can help achieve that.
What to expect
Workshop participants can look forward to a practical and in-depth exploration of the topic of scaling social innovations. The workshop has three main objectives: First, participants will gain an overview of existing theoretical and practical approaches to scaling social innovations. Second, using a specially developed canvas, they will reflect on their own project in terms of its scaling potential. Third, based on this, they will develop an initial, individualized scaling strategy for their project. The workshop thus offers both substantive insights and concrete tools for immediate application.
