Will the event be online?

Yes, the event will be fully online and take place via Zoom. (A personal Zoom account is not required to participate.)

What will the workshops be like?

The impact development workshops are an interactive format. There may be a short input at the beginning of each session, but the main part of the workshop should focus on collaborative work involving all participants in a co-creative format going beyond a mere open discussion session.

What are the times for the event?

The event will take place on the 21st to 23rd of September 2021 from 9.00-12.30 (CEST/MESZ) each day.

Do I have to attend all three days?

No, you can freely choose whether you want to participate each day or whether you only want to join for a specific day and track.

Are there any participation fees?

No. We can currently offer this event completely free of charge, hence there are no fees for facilitators or participants as this event is supported by the project “Multilateral Scouting Processes for Innovation and Career”, funded by the European Fund for Regional Development (EFRE) and the federal state of Lower Saxony and situated at the Leuphana University’s Cooperation Service with Prof. Markus Reihlen as the scientific project leader.

How can I register for this event?

You can find all the details about the programme (please familiarize yourself with this) and the link to the registration on this website. When registering, you will, first, be asked to enter an email address (for data security reasons). Second, please check your inbox (including your spam file) for an email by Limesurvey which sends you a link to the actual event registration. After that, just follow the registration process!

Who is organising the event?

The Cooperation Service of the Leuphana University of Lüneburg is the main organizer of the event co-branded by the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB).

Who can participate?

The event is open to everyone and offers different workshop tracks – depending on the participants’ previous experience. Particularly participants who have a background in the field of Entrepreneurship Research, Education or Practice/Transfer are welcome.

What do I need to participate?

To participate in the event, all you need is a stable internet connection, a microphone for communicating with each other and, if possible, a camera, because working together is more fun when we can all see each other. In addition, you will receive an access link to the Zoom sessions in advance via e-mail.

What language is the event in?

The event will be in English.

Will the workshops be recorded?

No, we will not record the workshops. We aim to create a discussion paper with the main insights from the workshops and the event to share with everyone afterwards. But as the event and the workshops will be interactive, often using breakout sessions, we won't record them.

Can I still submit a workshop?

The submission for the workshops has been closed since the 3rd of August and the workshops have been selected. No further submission is possible. Still, if you are interested in facilitating a workshop at a later time, feel free to let us know.
