What you can expect

Over two days filled with presentations and discussions, participants will explore how art museums can diversify their activities, strengthen internal collaboration, and expand their reach beyond the physical institution through digital platforms and online engagement. Drawing on insights from Louisiana’s leadership and staff, the workshop will address both strategic and organizational issues, such as how museums adapt to changing cultural expectations, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and reflect on institutional structures and processes.
