What all social entrepreneurs have in common is that they want to achieve a positive social impact. However, the way to achieve this and how to demonstrate this impact often remains unclear. In this workshop, you will develop an understanding of what your impact should look like, how you can achieve it and which methods you can use to measure and manage it.
The workshop therefore has three core objectives: (1) to define the core concepts of impact measurement and clarify them using examples, (2) to become familiar with a process including tools for impact analysis, measurement and management and (3) to develop an initial impact logic for a project (of your own).
