LUX & More – Literature Research Essentials. June 4th 2025 from 2 - 3pm, University Library, R 55 (on the ground floor of the foyer, opposite the service desk)
This one-off lecture is primarily for international students with little or no prior literature research experience. But everyone who is interested is welcome to attend. Here you will get an overview of library research tools.
An experienced librarian will show you how to use our search engine LUX and find relevant literature for your lessons and essays. You will get useful information about its funcionalities and how to access the digital resources the Media and Information Center (MIZ) provides for everyone at the Leuphana University. How to find the right database for your search will also be part of this lecture. At the end there will be time for questions.
Please register for the lecture. It will only take place if there are a minimum number of registrations, so don't just put it in your schedule, register for it.
The event will take place in the University Library, R 55 (on the ground floor of the foyer, opposite the service desk).
