The Communicorn Conference will take place on September 16 and 17, 2025 at Leuphana University Lüneburg. Shaping the future together - that's what it's all about! This is where people from business, civil society, politics and science come together to exchange ideas and develop concepts that make social innovations tangible. Instead of working on the socio-ecological transformation in isolation, we work together to create places, networks and structures that enable and actively promote change.

The Communicorn conference invites you to break with conventional thinking and explore new paths together: “What if we stopped working against each other and started cooperating instead?” Instead of competition and profit maximization, the focus is on community and solidarity. This is not about the next billion-dollar idea, but about creating communicorns: Initiatives that shape social innovation and sustainable change together.
Participating instead of just listening: The conference offers space to try out methods for cooperative business directly and to learn from those who are already leading the way: social entrepreneurs, collectives and pioneers show how community-oriented projects can grow and have an impact. In sector-specific workshop discussions, with co-creative methods and in smaller discussion groups, participants will develop concrete ideas and strategies - whether exploring Lüneburg's places of change or experimenting with new approaches together.
