Vita
Melissa Striethörster is a research assistant and is doing her doctorate as part of the SinTra research project (social-innovative transformation through inclusive working environments). She completed her master's degree in clinical psychology (M.Sc.) at the Medical School in Hamburg and conducted her clinical internship at the psychosomatic clinic in Bad Bramstedt with a focus on post-traumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Her research focuses on various clinical and business psychology topics, especially on the application of confrontation therapy in the context of stigmatization.
