Yannik Escher is a research associate in the DigiTaL (Digital Transformation Lab for Teaching and Learning) research project and a doctoral student at the Professorship of business and social psychology and experimental methods. He completed his Master's degree in Psychology (M.Sc.) at the University of Bern and is involved in various social and business psychology topics. His research focuses on the assessment of individual differences in negotiation skills, the impact of various strategies and tactices in different negotiation contexts (e.g., court trials), and typical questionnaire response behavior.
