Vita
Lennart Seitz is Research Associate and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Communication and Cultural Management. Following his double degree in European Business & Psychology (B.Sc.) and Business Administration (B.A.), he completed his Master's in Management & Marketing (M.Sc.) at Leuphana University Lüneburg. In his research, he explores the positive and negative downstream consequences of humanizing virtual assistants from a consumer perspective. His additional areas of interest include general business psychology, digitization of healthcare, and quantitative research methods.
