Vita

Dr. Lennart Seitz is Research Associate at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Communication and Cultural Management. After completing a Double Degree in European Business & Psychology and Business Administration, he earned his Master's degree in Management & Marketing from Leuphana University. In 2024, he was awarded a Ph.D. in Economics and Social Sciences. In his research, he explores the positive and negative downstream consequences of humanizing chatbots from a consumer perspective. Further areas of interest include general business psychology, experimental methods, and the digitization of healthcare.
