Vita

Sarah Stanske is Postdoc in Organization Studies at the Leuphana University in Lüneburg. Mrs. Stanske completed her doctorate within the framework of the Research Training Group of the European University Viadrina (Frankfurt Oder) and the German Graduate School of Management and Law (Heilbronn). Her research focuses on the interface between organization and strategy, which she looks at from a process perspective. Mrs. Stanske's research is usually based on qualitative case studies, in the course of which she has already entered into numerous collaborations with practice partners. Mrs. Stanske is particularly interested in topics such as innovation in existing companies, strategy formation in young companies, organizational identity and temporality. Her work has been published in journals such as Harvard Business Review, Research in the Sociology of Organizations and Strategic Organization.
