Language Courses for Students
The Language and Culture Team at Leuphana University offers a wide range of language courses. Learn a new language, refresh your skills, and earn additional credit points.

If the language you want to learn is not included in our course offerings, we recommend that you take a look at the materials for autonomous learning in the Self-Access Center as well as our cooperation with the VHS Lüneburg.

Courses in languages that Language and Culture does not offer or at all or does not offer at the appropriate level can be taken by Leuphana students at the VHS Region Lüneburg. The course fee will be covered by the university as long as there are no courses offered for the target language at the corresponding level during the semester in question. VHS courses in German as a Foreign Language, Low German, Easy and Simple Language (Leichte und Einfache Sprache) or English are excluded from this regulation.
It is not possible to earn credit points for the language courses at VHS Region Lüneburg (neither as voluntary extra credit nor as part of the Bachelor's complementary studies).
