DAAD Funding Programs

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the world's largest funding organization for the international exchange of students and researchers. With a multitude of programs, the DAAD supports both individual mobility (advice is offered by the "Going Abroad" team) and institutional cooperation in teaching, research, and university development.

In the area of project funding, universities and departments are supported in establishing international partnerships, developing joint curricula, deepening research collaborations, and strategically advancing internationalization.

Calls for DAAD project funding are published at the regular announcement dates in early April, mid-June, and early October with specific application deadlines depending on the program.
