The third Founders’ Talk is the most honest: a founder talks about the scaling phase — what almost went wrong, how the team has changed, and what you only understand in hindsight. A realistic perspective on what comes after the MVP.

What will you take away from it?

  • An honest perspective on growth, failure and the real life of a founder
  • Realistic expectations for your own start-up journey
  • Orientation: What comes after the prototype?

Agenda

  • Founder tells the scaling story: growth and hard lessons
  • What almost killed the business?
  • Team, money and the mental reality
  • Interactive Q&A
  • Reflection: “If you knew everything — would you still go for it?”

Speaker: Marie und Johannes Edelstein

Marie and Johannes Edelstein are the co-founders and managing directors of Edelstein AI. Together, the couple from Lüneburg develop AI assistants and automation solutions for business processes.

To ensure that no customer contact is lost

Edelstein AI’s portfolio comprises chatbots, voicebots and other smart tools for automating business processes. Within the company, Johannes is responsible for all technical implementation and product development. Marie oversees organisational processes and manages, amongst other things, the finances as well as customer and partner relations. One of their first successful projects was a collaboration with the museums in Lüneburg, which the company is now using as a springboard to tap into new target groups and markets.
