Akad. Rätin Laura Fey

Laura Fey is an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Business Administration, specifically Entrepreneurship, at the Institute for Management and Organization. She studied international business in Germany at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, in South Africa at Nelson Mandela University, and in the United Kingdom at the University of Edinburgh. She also completed her PhD at the University of Edinburgh, sponsored by the University of Edinburgh Business School and the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) UK. In 2022, Laura Fey undertook an institutional visit to the Alberta School of Business, invited by Michael Lounsbury and Royston Greenwood.

Laura Fey's research interests focus on organizing. In her research, she examines various types of organizations, including large, diversified companies and cultural organizations, and primarily employs qualitative research methods.
