Submitting Research Proposals

For scientists it is important to know how to obtain third-party funding for their research. However, in contrast to a publication, proposals are subject to different guidelines. Despite a broad landscape of funding bodies, there are, however, recurring elements that will be presented in the event. In addition to practical advice on drafting applications, legal and financial aspects will be addressed and the perspectives of reviewers and funders will be considered.

The aim is to provide participants with a framework for different funding formats and basic knowledge for developing a personal third party strategy.
