Are you interested in doing a doctorate at Leuphana?
For those who are new to the German education system, we recommend the online course "How to apply for a Phd in Germany" provided by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The course can be accessed after free registration, for an overview of how to start a doctorate.
We look forward to welcoming you as a docotoral researcher in the qualification phase at the Leuphana Graduate School. For a first impression, please use the information provided on our website. The path to admission is described there in detail with all its steps. To get a first impression of university life at Leuphana, we cordially invite you to visit us on campus. Unfortunately, a personal councelling is not available at the moment. If you have any further questions, please contact us via email: info.doctorate@leuphana.de.
Have you encountered new challenges in the course of your doctoral or postdoctoral qualification phase?
Unfortunately, the Graduate School's counselling and coaching services are currently on hiatus. However, you will find suitable contact persons in other departments as well. The Leuphana ombudspersons are available to you in cases of conflict. If you have any concerns about career planning, the Transfer Service with its start-up counselling or the (academic) Human Resources Development can help you. For all questions regarding the administration of your doctoral process, please contact the Student Services or the Dean's Office of your faculty.
