GradSkills – Competence and Career Development for Young Researchers

Leuphana supports the career development of young researchers by offering them a variety of supporting measures. They should be able to prepare themselves both for work in the academic community and for a science-based activity in industry and society. Leuphana consequently takes into account the increasing differentiation in the academic job market and the changing career perspectives of this target group that have occurred as a result.

Various facilities at Leuphana University of Lüneburg offer young researchers a wide range of qualification workshops that are summed up under the following categories.
