Information desk

The information desk at the entrance of the reading room provides reference and assistance with the following:

• Searching for literature
• Finding books and periodicals in the reading room and the open stacks
• Advice on the use of electronic media
• Ordering literature via interlibrary loan
• IT-related questions
• ...

The information desk is staffed by library professionals from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 hours. In the evenings and weekends, the information desk is staffed by student workers and our security service. The tutors for IT-related related questions are present between 10:00-18:00 hours on weekdays.
