Long-term lockers and trolleys
Lockable rental furniture is available to Leuphana University students in the library for storing borrowed and private literature. Personal work materials and borrowed media can be stored in these lockers. Use is limited to one person at a time and is subject to the university library's terms of use for rental furniture.
If you are interested, you can make a reservation directly via myStudy. The keys will then be issued at the information desk in the library reading room.
You will find the reservation option on the left-hand side under “Resources” and then “Reserve Resources.”
The following rental furniture is available:
- 26 bookcarts (bookalbe 2-3 months)
- 24 locker (bookalbe 2-3 months)
- 18 locker flexible (bookable for 3-31 days)
- 10 mobile pedestal (bookalbe 2-3 months)
Screens are available in the group study rooms. These can be connected to laptops via HDMI cable. HDMI to USB-C adapters can be borrowed from the information desk.

Computers are available in the individual study rooms. Students can log in with their Leuphana account.
The keys to the individual study rooms can be charged at several stations on campus. The keys are then activated for 24 hours.
