Long-term lockers and trolleys

Lockable rental furniture is available to Leuphana University students in the library for storing borrowed and private literature. Personal work materials and borrowed media can be stored in these lockers. Use is limited to one person at a time and is subject to the university library's terms of use for rental furniture.

If you are interested, you can make a reservation directly via myStudy. The keys will then be issued at the information desk in the library reading room.

You will find the reservation option on the left-hand side under “Resources” and then “Reserve Resources.”

The following rental furniture is available:

  • 26 bookcarts (bookalbe 2-3 months)
  • 24 locker (bookalbe 2-3 months)
  • 18 locker flexible  (bookable for 3-31 days)
  • 10 mobile  pedestal (bookalbe 2-3 months)

The following rooms can be reserved daily for 1–3 hours and can be used without a key:

  • Single workroom 117
  • Group study room 1 (4 persons)
  • Group study room 2 (6 persons)
  • Group study room 3 (8 persons + SmartBoard)
  • Group study room 4 (4 persons)
  • Group study room 5 (6 persons)
  • Group study room 6 (4 persons)

The following rooms can be booked for 1-4 weeks:

  • Single workroom 118
  • Single workroom 119

Computers are available in the individual study rooms. Students can log in with their Leuphana account.

The keys to the individual study rooms can be charged at several stations on campus. The keys are then activated for 24 hours.

Group workrooms central building

The rooms can be booked for 1-2 hours on Monday - Friday.

The group study rooms can be booked by lecturers and students via myStudy 7 days in advance.
