myCampus

You can access myCampus at mycampus.leuphana.de.

myCampus has been Leuphana's campus management system since 2023. It replaced the systems previously used from the provider Hochschul-Informations-System eG (HIS). The system digitally maps the entire student life cycle and thus supports the university's members from their application to assessment registration and their final thesis.

Functions for applicants and students

myCampus supports students in the following areas: application management, assessment management, master data management and document management. The following functions are offered in detail:

  • Submitting applications, checking application status, receiving acceptance/rejection
  • Managing master data (e.g. email address or postal address)
  • Registering for and cancel assessments, viewing assessment results
  • Retrieving study documents (e.g. certificate of enrolment, transcripts)
  • Viewing information on the payment of the semester fee and checking the payment status
  • Submitting a thesis (bachelor's, master's or doctoral thesis)

Functions for lecturers/examiners

  • Evaluation of assessments
  • Evaluation of theses
  • Communication with students registered for assessments
  • Checking the consecutivity of applications for Master's programmes

  • Managing applications and admissions

Trainings

For students

Due to the declining demand for myCampus trainings among students, regular training sessions are no longer offered. An introduction to myCampus for first-semester students takes place during the Opening Week.

For lecturers/examiners and staff members

Training for lecturers/examiners and administrative staff on the evaluation of assessments and entering grades in myCampus takes place either on a semesterly basis or as and when required. Training dates are sent directly to you or your department via email distribution lists and are also offered in due course via the MIZ training program (section "Campus Management").
Please note that, if you have not yet booked a training there, you must first register on the MIZ training program website to book a training.

A video tutorial is available at all times on the instructions page for examiners, the content of which is very similar to the training.
