Student assistants wanted at the MIZ

The MIZ has two part-time positions to fill as soon as possible, each for up to 40 hours per month:
Student assistant for the MIZ’s social media
Are you creative, know your way around video, and able to develop ideas for new content independently and implement them quickly? Then you’ve come to the right place!
We are looking for someone to help us manage the MIZ’s social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to raise awareness of our topics.
You should have the following:
- an eye for visual aesthetics
- the ability for storytelling out of the box
- knowledge of common image and video editing tools (e.g. Canva)
- solid prior experience in social media
Have you created content for Instagram and other platforms in the past? If so, please feel free to include sample posts or Reels with your application!
Student Assistant for Media and Information Literacy
To help with the wide range of tasks in the field of media and information literacy, we are looking for an open-minded, reliable student assistant to support us with:
- providing technical and administrative support for the MIZ training programme
- supporting the team with day-to-day tasks (e.g. assisting with workshops)
where applicable, assisting with the library’s Moodle courses
