Application with international university entrance qualification

If you are a national of a non-EU/EEA country and/or have a secondary school leaving certificate from a non-EU/EEA country (other than those mentioned above), please apply via the uni-assist online portal.

Nationals from a country of the European Union*, the European Economic Area (EEA)** and Switzerland can apply directly to Leuphana with a secondary school certificate from an EU/EEA country or Switzerland.

* Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

**Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway

Regardless of citizenship, the following school-leaving certificates are eligible for direct application to Leuphana:

International Baccalaureate (IB-Diploma) For applications with an IB-Diploma, please indicate "Switzerland" in the field "Country of School"
European Baccalaureate
successful assessment test at the Studienkolleg
Abitur at a German school abroad
