Counselling during the lecture-free period/summer holidays
We are still there for you for most of the summer. Open consultation hours are only cancelled on 24 + 25 July.

Presentation: What happens after the acceptance
During the selection days for applicants from the EU in July, we will give a presentation on the time between submitting your application and the start week.

The team members advise you on topics such as focusing on goals and profile development in your studies, choice of study focus, part-time studies, study planning or planning of your Bachelor dissertation, change of study programme or minor subject and interruption or discontinuation of studies in face-to-face meetings. 

Open counselling hours are available without prior registration and currently takes place digitally via ZOOM.

Counselling without appointment in presence on campus

After logging in, you will be in a chronological queue.
You will be greeted by a student employee and your request will be recorded.
From there you will be forwarded to the next available advisor.
We will take the necessary time for each of your concerns.

Please allow between 10 and 20 minutes for an interview - and any waiting time.
If the number of visits is very high, it is possible that we will not be able to advise you that day.

You will be notified of the expected waiting time with messages in the queue.
