Degree programmes at College

Leuphana Bachelor

At Leuphana University Lüneburg, students pursue their studies according to the Major-Minor model – an innovative academic structure that allows for a highly individualized and interdisciplinary approach to higher education. This model enables you to combine a primary field of study (Major) with a secondary area (Minor), thereby integrating in-depth subject knowledge with diverse academic perspectives.

While the Major provides a solid foundation in your chosen discipline, the Minor offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in an additional area of interest – either to complement your main field or to deliberately broaden your intellectual horizons.

This model fosters interdisciplinary thinking, adaptability, and transferable skills – ideal preparation for the complex demands of the modern professional world. The subject-specific components of the degree programs are offered by the five faculties of Leuphana University Lüneburg at the College.
