Initial Information in the Infoportal

The initial information in the Infoportal is your first point of contact for studying at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Starting a degree course is a big decision. It goes without saying that you need support. The team at the first point of contact in the Infoportal is available to provide you with advice and assistance with all questions relating to the initial period before and after the start of your studies.

Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Please use the letterboxes in front of building 10 or in building 8 for submitting forms and theses.

The student service will be closed for Christmas vacation from December 22, 2025 to January 4, 2026. We will be open again at the usual times from Monday, January 5, 2026. We wish you a wonderful, relaxing holiday season and a happy and healthy New Year 2026! 
Documents to be submitted can be placed in our mailbox diagonally opposite the Infoportal entrance or in the mailbox in front of Building 10.
