Business Law Minor

Minor at College

Hiring a new employee, negotiating with the workers' council, taking on a loan, switching legal forms, finalising a sales contract or expanding abroad – countless economic decisions in a business are made within a legal framework. In the Business Law minor you will become familiar with this intersection of economics and law. This background will allow you to supplement your major with the legal skills provided by the minor in Business Law.

Please note

The Business Law minor is offered in the German language and is thus directed at prospective students with a good command of German. The programme’s German-language web pages provide detailed information needed on the content of the course and application procedures.
