Designing and Facilitating Group Work
20. Mai
This 3-hour workshop supports university teachers in dealing with challenges that arise when planning and facilitating group work in culturally heterogeneous student groups.
We will address some typical challenges that might arise in culturally diverse student groups and discuss and experience possible methods and approaches for dealing with those chal-lenges.
We will also engage in a structured exchange of own interculturally challenging situations in your teaching practise, using small-group reflection and peer consultation formats. You will leave the workshop with first ideas of how to tackle your own specific interculturally challenging teaching situations.
The workshop will take place via Zoom on 20 May from 9 am to 12 am.
