Workshop on 2nd February, 2026 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., Experience Lab (library foyer, upper floor)
Have you ever wondered how characters, environments and animations are made in 3D? In this beginner workshop we explore the basic toolset of Blender, free and open-source 3D editor.
You will learn the basic tools to shape your ideas, such as creating various 3D shapes, basic materials, lighting, posing. In the end you will have the image of your 3D scene!
It would be good if you could bring a laptop and install the software in advance, however Blender is relatively lightweight and you can download it on the spot. Download Blender 5.0 : [https://www.blender.org/download/](https://www.blender.org/download/)
