Study competition and regulatory law online

2022-05-12 Lüneburg. Leuphana University Lüneburg's part-time Master's degree programmes enable lawyers to specialise in fields that are in demand. LL.M. students will find a special form of study in the Master Competition and Regulation, which offers a specialisation in competition and regulatory law that is unique in Germany. The purely English-language programme with students from all over the world takes place completely online, enabling lawyers to acquire the recognised LL.M. degree in only 3 semesters without attendance phases. In addition, the programme can also be recognised as a qualification for the title of specialist lawyer for public procurement law. The LL.M. will start again in September 2022, applications are possible until 31 May.

The LL.M. programme Competition and Regulation focuses on topics such as competition and antitrust law, procedural law, state aid law, regulatory law and individual regulatory sectors. Students also deal with European and international competition regulations. A special focus is placed on the practical relevance: experts from legal and business practice are therefore involved in the teaching.

Interested students can arrange an advisory meeting with programme coordinator Ramona Tax (car@leuphana.de, Fon 04131.677-1913) at any time. All information on the online LL.M. can be found at www.leuphana.de/llm-competition.
