With the Performance Leadership Master of Business Administration you will set the course for your further career success as a leader. In our part-time programme, you will be challenged to question your previous understanding of leadership and acquire new directly applicable knowledge from management theory and business psychology to lead other people, companies and yourself to success. Our teaching emphasises high interaction and cross-sector and cross-functional discussions. In our mixed-mode approach, we alternate between digital teaching and on-site courses so that you can best combine your studies with your work and private life.

Corporate Performance Management
The focus of Corporate Performance Management is upon operational and financial performance and its measurement. Here, the MBA degree conveys the optimal approach to use of the classic instruments of management theory. This tool permits speedy and efficient advances in strategic planning, quality management and process optimisation within the student’s own company.
Human Performance Management
Human Performance Management comprises future-oriented concepts of human-resources and organisational development. These concepts include successful management models and strategies for employee motivation. The MBA conveys well-grounded knowledge, and with regard to employee recruitment, development and loyalty it also deals with human-resources management in the global context.
Personal Performance Management
Within the Personal Performance Management framework, the MBA programme addresses methods of successful self-presentation, self-aware activity and personal resource management. Course of study: Study for your MBA at the weekends
The programme is designed to permit you to remain employed parallel to your studies, and to earn your degree in just 18 months' time without any loss of earnings.
Members of programme coordination staff are available to assist you at all times, even outside of attendance periods. An MBA from Leuphana University of Lüneburg is an internationally recognised university degree and offers the possibility of pursuing a doctoral degree. Students can register for all of the modules individually as well.
