Continuing education in human rights: Flexible entry

Flexible entry options into the Master: Continuing Education Human Rights

Are you interested in Human Rights or do you want to get a taste of the Master's programme Governance and Human Rights without completing the entire programme straight away? Or do you want to individually design your course of study in the Master's distance learning programme, complete individual modules in advance and thus reduce your workload during the actual study period? Then take advantage of our flexible entry options for your human rights continuing education.

Within the framework of a certificate programme, you can take selected focal points from the Master's programme and thus benefit from compact further education in human rights, while at the same time testing the part-time programme for yourself. Or you can book individual modules from the Master's programme as part of the modular study programme and thus acquire credit points that you can later have credited to the Master's programme or, if required, to other degree programmes.

3 variants for your entry into continuing education human rights

Online certificate programme

We offer the Human Rights Certificate for your entry into the Master's degree or as online continuing education in the field of human rights. You will find information on the certificate online shortly.

The programme comprises 15 credit points and can be completed with a certificate of participation or, if the examination results are achieved, with the university certificate Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS), which serves as proof of the credit points achieved and thus enables the acquired achievements to be credited to universities or to the Master Governance and Human Rights.

Module studies

On our continuing education portal www.berufsbegleitende-weiterbildung.org, numerous modules from the Master Governance and Human Rights are open for modular study. Here you can easily filter all available modules by degree programme. It is also possible to take the modules without taking an examination, but if you want to acquire credit points for your later Master's studies, the module study with examination is the right format for you.

Individual continuing education human rights in the Professional School Individuale certificate

Would you like to compile your own continuing education certificate from the human rights modules or combine them with other subject areas? If you have 15 credit points or more, you have the option of taking your individual certificate and graduating with a university certificate. In our continuing education portal, you can easily filter all modules by degree programme and thus view all currently bookable modules from the Master Governance and Human Rights and combine them for your continuing education. Please note that only modules from the Master Governance and Human Rights can be credited to the degree programme afterwards. However, other modules from other degree programmes can later be credited to the CP Delta, for example.

Good reasons for flexible entry

  • Credit: The credits you have earned in the human rights modules will be credited to you when you start the full Master's programme, giving you more time to study.
  • Evidence of your qualifications: For each module or certificate, you will receive separate certificates of achievement, which you can use to certify your acquired qualifications to your employer or in job application processes.
  • Don't wait for the next start of the Master's programme and continue your education in human rights now: In this way, you can immediately use the know-how you have gained for your profession and your career development.
  • You will benefit from the exchange with students and lecturers of the Master Governance and Human Rights and get to know the teaching and learning conditions on site.
  • If you do not yet have the necessary professional experience, our flexible entry options allow you to complete modules while you continue to gain professional experience in parallel.
