Advanced training in environmental law at LL.M. level

The programme is offered in the German language and is thus directed at prospective students with a good command of German. The programme’s German-language web pages provide detailed information needed on the content of the course and application procedures.

Do you need extensive expertise in environmental law for your professional activities or do you want to further qualify yourself through a legal specialisation? With our two-semester certificate programme, you will benefit from extensive further training in environmental law. You will deal with the basics of environmental law, European environmental law, immission protection, nature conservation, soil protection as well as water law and environmental information law. Further contents of your advanced training at university LL.M. level are resource protection law with recycling management and mining law as well as the neighbouring disciplines of environmental sciences, economics and technology.
