Content

The Master in Auditing is offered as a professional programme in co-operation with the “Big Four” (within the scope of the AuditXcellence extra-occupational education initiative) and other major auditing firms. The curriculum in the subjects of auditing, tax law, commercial law, business administration and economics is based on a time model comprising classroom instruction from May to October of each year. With this time model, students can pursue their careers during the ‘busy season’, applying and deepening what they have learned.

This extra-occupational offering also includes a revision course that dovetails with the degree programme and rounds off systematic preparation for the examination in public accounting.

Upon petition, exams in commercial law and business administration/economics taken in the course of the programme will be recognised pursuant to § 8a of the German Public Accountants’ Code (WPO) within the framework of the examination in public accounting.
