Practice-oriented further education at Master level

In construction projects, planning services are subject to the same imponderables as construction work and are just as important for the success of the project. The dynamics of current case law on planning may serve as an indicator for the increasing perception of this importance. Poor planning management leads to the well-known consequences for the course of the project, with incalculable and regularly immense secondary consequences. As a rule, these are avoidable, assuming the appropriate competence. In the future, all organisations involved in construction will not be able to avoid having in their ranks employees with a sound knowledge of the law, familiarity with planning and management tools, and the ability to apply all of this to the project.

With the advanced training certificate in building law and planning management, you can become a planning management expert in your organisation within one year as a professionally experienced project manager. On 17 weekends of 12 hours each, experienced legal practitioners and recognised experts in the building industry will teach you the basics, subtleties, best practices and current developments in this complex field of knowledge and application. The curriculum is structured with the claim that this can only be achieved in close, transdisciplinary interlocking of sound legal, construction management and administrative knowledge.
