Advanced training for lawyers at LL.M. level

The programme is offered in the German language and is thus directed at prospective students with a good command of German. The programme’s German-language web pages provide detailed information needed on the content of the course and application procedures.

Do you want to further your education in the field of corporate law? In the one-semester certificate course in corporate law at LL.M. level, you will deal intensively with the areas of corporate and partnership law. Among other things, you will acquire knowledge of group law, deal with the rights and obligations of shareholders and get to know the different types of companies such as UG, GmbH, AG, KGaA or SE. You will also deal with the legal aspects of setting up a general partnership, limited partnership or limited liability company. KG and deal with the topics of asset management, internal relationships of the partners and external liability.
