Werdegang

Antoniya Hauerwaas ist PostDoctoral Researcher und arbeitet seit Juni 2018 an dem Europäischen Verbundsprojekt „Tobacco as sustainable production platform of the natural biopolymer cyanophycin as co-product to oil and protein“, in dem sie neben dem Kommunikations- und Data Management des Projekts auch die Erforschung der Biotechnologien aus Innovations- und Stakeholderperspektive  verantwortet. Sie schloss ihr BWL Studium an der Leuphana Universität ab und promovierte hier zum Thema “Systemic Innovations as Mechanisms for Systems Transformations. Towards a Better Understanding of the Impact of Systems Thinking, Innovations and Institutions for System Change”. Ihre weiteren Arbeiten beschäftigen sich mit der Rolle von Innovationen, institutionellen Veränderungen und Entrepreneurship für Transformationen und Systemwandel aus einer interdisziplinären, systemischen Perspektive und mit einem breiten Methodenmix qualitativer und quantitativer Forschung. Schwerpunkt ihrer Forschung sind systemische und institutionelle (kulturelle, soziale, politische) Innovationen, institutional and social Entrepreneurship und (social) mechanims of change sowie Biotechnologien für nachhaltige Entwicklung. Ihre Forschungsarbeiten wurden u.a. in Research Policy und Journal of Cleaner Production publiziert.
