In September 2023, Ben Trott, Visiting Professor at the Institute for Philosophy and Art History (IPK), published "Queer Studies: Schlüsseltexte" (co-edited with Mike Laufenberg) with Suhrkamp. It includes an almost 100-page editors' introduction to the field and original German-language translations of key contributions to anglophone Queer Studies by Eve Kosofsky Sedgwick, Cathy J. Cohen, Judith Butler, José Esteban Muñoz, Ann Cvetkovich, Robert McRuer, Kevin Floyd, Lee Edelman, Roderick A. Ferguson, Gayatri Gopinath, Petrus Liu, and Karma R. Chávez.
Reviews of the book have been published in the "Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung", the "Süddeutsche Zeitung", the "Tagesspiegel", "taz - die tageszeitung" ("Literataz" supplement, produced for the 2023 Frankfurt Book Fair), "Sounds & Books - Das Online Magazin für Musik und Literatur", and "Socialnet". An interview with both editors was published in the most recent issue of "Missy Magazin" and with Ben Trott in "taz - die tageszeitung". The book is featured in the 2023 autumn book listings of the taz journal, "FUTURZWEI".
